Study with Osha
Osha has been studying, practicing, and teaching in the Iyengar tradition for over thirty years. The potential for physical, emotional, and spiritual balance and healing keep her inspired and nourished. She is a skillful teacher who has worked with all ages of students.
Twenty years ago she started a class for the older beginner and practitioner, creating a class, adapted to the needs of that age group. She teaches with compassion and a sense of joy.
